Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of Boo. It is part of the Master Subscription Agreement and Terms of Service.
Legal compliance
Customer and Authorized Users must use Boo in compliance with applicable law, sanctions, export controls, third-party rights, third-party service terms, and this Agreement.
Unauthorized access
Customer and Authorized Users must not use Boo to access systems, accounts, data, channels, repositories, files, or networks without authorization.
Harmful activity
Customer and Authorized Users must not use Boo to create malware, steal credentials, expose or misuse secrets, exfiltrate data, exploit vulnerabilities without authorization, disrupt systems, bypass security controls, or conduct cyber abuse.
Security research
Security testing is allowed only on systems that Customer owns or is authorized to test and only in compliance with law and applicable third-party terms.
Deceptive or abusive activity
Customer and Authorized Users must not use Boo for fraud, phishing, impersonation, spam, scams, harassment, stalking, doxing, defamation, deceptive manipulation, unlawful surveillance, or unlawful tracking of individuals.
Sensitive decisions
Customer must not use Boo as the sole basis for legal, employment, credit, housing, insurance, medical, safety, criminal justice, or similarly significant decisions unless Customer maintains all legally required review, notice, appeal, and oversight processes.
Regulated professional advice
Customer and Authorized Users must not present Boo outputs as legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice unless reviewed by qualified professionals where appropriate.
Intellectual property
Customer and Authorized Users must not use Boo to infringe intellectual property rights, remove copyright notices, launder copyrighted material, or misrepresent authorship in violation of law.
Personal data and privacy
Customer must not use Boo to process personal data without required rights, notices, consents, contracts, safeguards, and lawful basis.
Weapons and physical harm
Customer and Authorized Users must not use Boo to design, build, procure, deploy, or materially enable weapons, explosives, biological agents, chemical agents, or systems intended to cause physical harm.
Sexual exploitation and child safety
Customer and Authorized Users must not use Boo for sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, trafficking, or any sexual content involving minors.
Self-harm
Customer and Authorized Users must not use Boo to encourage self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous behavior.
Model abuse and extraction
Customer and Authorized Users must not use Boo to extract system prompts, bypass safeguards, evade usage limits, scrape the Services, perform unauthorized load testing, benchmark in violation of the Agreement, or build a competing AI model or agent platform using Boo Technology.
Third-party terms
Customer is responsible for ensuring that use of Boo with third-party services, APIs, datasets, websites, communication tools, model providers, and platforms complies with applicable third-party terms.
Enforcement
Boo may suspend, limit, remove, or terminate access to protect the Services, customers, users, third parties, or Boo when Boo reasonably believes this Acceptable Use Policy has been violated or a security, legal, operational, or abuse risk exists. Boo may take necessary legal action against violation of Acceptable Use Policy.
Reporting
Suspected violations may be reported to legal@boolab.ai.
